What’s funny in The Boys universe Homelander is a bit like Dr. Manhattan is in Watchmen in that he is overwhelmingly more powerful than every other being on his world.

Evil Superman only really works if the rest of the Justice League is evil as well because there are several members that could lay hands on him dolo and if the entire Superhero gallery went at him he’d be toast.

Who can physically match Homelander in the Amazon series one on one? We know from the comics Vought has contingencies it’s going to be interesting what the show goes with.

Who you got?

Ed 209?

T 1000?

Hannibal Lecter?

Freddy Kruger?

Agent Smith from the Matrix...:wow:

I loved his character so much because he's supposed to be an uncaring AI but he's displaying emotions all during the movie....it was scary asf when we see he has his own agenda to leave the matrix...

My whole Coli persona is inspired by Star Wars and I would still put 2 or 3 villains ahead of Sidious

No. He’s a great villain no doubt. He might be in the mix for best TV villain, even. But there’s been a bunch of movie villains that were more compelling:

Heath Ledger’s Joker
Thanos
Darth Vader
Voldemort
Loki

TV villains I enjoyed more than Homelander so far:

Marlo Stanfield
Stringer Bell (yup The Wire had two lol)
Al Swerengen (debatable since he has a redemption arc)
Tywin Lannister
Ramsey Bolton (yup GoT had two)
Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin

Walt raped his wife, poisoned children, threatened to kill his old CIVILIAN science partners out of pride and had his DEA brother in law killed but he's not a villain :mjlol:
