re-watching this series, and i am still kinda salty about there not being a continuation.... in a movie or another season. would loved to have seen this continue up until the birth of Christ.

season 2 was bad for obvious reasons. they had no choice but to sprint to the finish and it showed. very sloppy (but i think it was the 2nd episode that was still REAL piff)


but season 1 of rome >>>>>>

amazing show. was really sad when they announced it would be cancelled.

One episode of Rome shyts on the entire Spartacus franchise...too bad it was so fukking expensive they couldn't do a third season...

First season was great. They messed up in the second season when they split up the 2 main leads. I think one was with Caesar in Egypt and the other one was back in Rome for most of the second season. Those 2 together were great...
