I forgot folks snorted them shyts . Guess if you have the junkie mindset you're more likely to die from any substance. I have a friend who was eating 10+ tabs a day at one time and his only complaint was constipation. You would have to drink a lot of codeine to OD tho I think. Even if you was drinking it straight out the bottle you'd fall asleep before you could do any real damage. Pimp prolly was on that level or close to it and I think that along with sleep apnea led to his untimely demise.

Funny you mention that cause I was just telling my boy the other day that most of these druggy type rappers are probably low key powder heads and even the ones who don't endorse hard drug usage.. Remember that clip of 50 being caught backstage about to do a line and Gucci going into rehab for cocaine abuse..... if there wasn't the stigma of crack attached to it I honestly think it would get as much mention as lean is right now.....

I wouldn't go that far bruh, I've known people to od on percocets because nikkas will crush them shyts and snort em. And yes you can od on codeine even though it's one of the weakest opiates in relation to others and would take a lot to od on.

I mean I'm not a big fan of rappers glorifying opiate abuse but codeine was kinda something I never really considered a hard drug, but Future recent songs routinely mentions percocet (Hydrocodone) and I'm like we entering into junkie territory now....
