As for this FM debacle, however you classify him the facts are:

1) he is not African American. Even if he is "black" (which is just a smokescreen IMO) he is still not AA.

2) he used a derogatory term to refer to an African American woman. He degraded certain features that are prevalent in that group.

No they're not. Africans aren't black. I've had Ethiopians, Eritreans, Nigerians, and Kenyans explain to me that they're not black. They're African.

I work with these Africans from Africa everyday. The ones I know do not identify as black they identify as African. Sorry to burst your black bubble.

I'm around Eritrean and Ethiopians a lot. The ones I know do not identify as black. They love Selassie, call themselves original people and identify as African.

I've never been to Africa. I haven't polled Africans to see what they identify as.

I'll ask them when I go to Africa.

This doesn't falsify my statement. Horners= Ethiopian,somali,north Sudanese and Eritrean. It's not common for any other African to not claim black unless they straight outta their homeland with no concept of race.

Naw. They came to America in their 20's or 30's. They were raised and born in Africa. They're still learning English and shyt. Which is funny to me because they're pretty intelligent. They speak like three languages and have studied advanced sciences and math.
