I get what he's saying , when u breathe deep your balls gets tight and lower abs tense up, he putting it in terms that a person with no body awareness would understand, a person who never worked out a day in their life has no idea how to contract their pelvic floor because they probably never squatted, but if u put it in terms like clench your balls or push like ur shyting they can relate to that, at the end of they day breathe how u want but a deeper breath does make a deeper voicebut do u breathe through your balls though?
