The biggest stain on Jeff's career is all the time he has wasted being in TNA. Not trying to knock TNA, but that would be like Kobe or LeBron waking up one day in their prime years and deciding to go play in the D-League because the schedule is easier.

Drug problems aside, it's a damn shame Jeff has wasted so much time in TNA when he should have been in the WWE. Certainly he is/was popular enough and draws enough money for the company to be given a lighter schedule type of deal? Jeff could have easily been knocking down at least 1 million every year in the WWE instead of the food stamps TNA pays, but then again he does come across as the type who doesn't give a shyt about the money.

That could change if the WWE allows Jeff to have more creative input in his character. I think Jeff stuck with TNA so long is because TNA allowed him to experiment with his character more.

That's one of my biggest gripes about the WWE, they want to have almost 100% control over your creativity.

I must say this, I would LOVE for Jeff Hardy to come back unexpectedly and have a feud against Seth. That would be so much fun.

Also for those making fun of Jeff's "wrestling style" I wouldn't call him a "spot monkey" or even "floppy," but I would say his extreme style fit his character to a T. I don't think Jeff would look right trying to be Bret Hart or Lance Storm out there, it wouldn't fit his personality at all.

Yeah. This point is pretty tough to defeat and is why I said Edge is the bigger star, you can only move the goal posts so far before you're just basically hating.

Ultimately it happened and Edge MADE something happen with it, there have been a LOT of folks who fumbled the ball big time when it practically rolled right to them career wise. I Prefer Nero to Edge but Jeff is one of those people who the ball rolls thru his legs at the worst times

Matt Hardy was the one who blew the opportunity. He had the chance to look legit and he went out there looking like a bytch. :mjlol:

Jeff would have gotten fired for drugs if he had stayed.

Then again Vince might let him slide though. There's been shoot interviews where some wrestlers have said that those that are favored by Vince get a pass. So...

:mjpls:
At the same time though, I don't want to hear about him overdosing in the news. :mjcry:

Jeff Hardy's a bigger star for sure. The Hardyz popularity was on another level than Edge & Christian. Edge may have more world titles, but Jeff Hardy will be more remembered. He wasn't a main eventer for as long as Edge but Jeff Hardy was a legit top star and Edge at his greatest was always a secondary main eventer. He wasn't on the level of Cena or Triple H but Jeff Hardy was. Then when you add Jeff's TNA career as well its no question.

Anyone saying Jeff Hardy is terrible on the mic hasn't heard an Edge promo.
