Saquon has always been more talented.
The King has had significantly better luck when it comes to staying healthy. Which is shocking given how much mileage is on his body.

In my eyes, Henry would trump Saquon as far as all-time discussions because of that durability. But talent-wise... Saquon's got him.
What talents is Saquon better at, and how do you quantify those advantages, over the advantages King has over Saquon, likewise?

Saquon is quicker/considerably more agile, a much better receiver, and he's faster.

Henry is stronger and more durable. While Saquon is a faster back, Henry's a better home run hitter (I rarely see him get caught from behind). What makes Henry so deadly is the fact that he is the caliber of athlete he is at his size and that he is as close to a one-man wrecking crew as it gets. This man has beat teams by himself on the big stages.

In all-time rankings that has to put the King over Saquon.

Depending on your age the answer is yes.

if you were too young to see prime AD, then your answer is yes
In a league that doesn't allow hits or hard tackles like that. I'd say there's a reason the position isn't respected in terms of pay.

Not every running back falls off a cliff after their rookie contract but we act like THEY ALL DO.

Derrick would have taken multiple spears to his kneecaps if he faced the steel curtain, if he faced Ray Lewis, if he faced any team from the NFC East minus Philly in the 80s and 90s.

Her wouldn't be as productive and wouldn't have held up this long. That's my two cents. He's great today but. Lamar helps a lot with that...

Henry is much more consistently faster than Barkley. He reaches top speeds more than any HB. That’s just a factual data point.

Barkley is definitely better as a pass catcher and more agile. Both are excellent HB’s, but I’ll take Henry’s ability to not only have the home run TD, but the ability to wear a team down late in games.

I don't think he has better straight-line speed than Saquon but it's hard to argue it with the litany of big runs he's had.

I look at Henry's speed like I do Jerry Rice's. There's plenty of WRs faster than Jerry, but his game speed is 1 of 1. If he gets the step on you, it's over.

King now has his second highest rushing season ever, with 1636 yards...

He's now up to 11,138 career yards, which is #22 all time. Next up in front of him:

21. OJ (11,236)
20. Corey Dillon (11,241)

I saw Dillon's whole career. King is clearly a better player, and he's gonna continue to leap over guys on the career list, who he's a better player than...

Easily the best back of his generation, by a country mile...

Saquon is quicker/considerably more agile, a much better receiver, and he's faster.

Fair enough points, but the All-Time list isn't even close. They've played in the same era and this is the only year since Saquon's rookie year thar you could even argue that he had a better year than Henry...
He's great today but. Lamar helps a lot with that...
He's only played with Lamar this season 🤣 Lamar ain't the reason he's great...
My favorite offensive player ever and the best running back I've seen in 25 years of watching football!

Barry Sanders was in class by himself.

Then there are other guys like LT, Marshall Faulk, Terelle Davis, and AP. Henry falls somewhere in the class of those guys in my opinion. I wouldn’t be mad at anyone saying they were better nor would I be mad at anyone saying he was better than some of or all of them.

All Hall of Fame running backs.

3 good games and nothing since before Covid :patrice: .

Just saying:hubie:

He has almost the same amount of rushing yards in the playoffs as Beast Mode.....on nearly a 100 less attempts.

His stats are inherently better than AD's in the playoffs since his team didn't make it as often as Henry's but that also just speaks to how great the 👑 is for draggin' his team there...

As far as modern day, can't even talk about Chubb or Barkley as they didn't drag their team to the playoffs nearly as often as Henry.

Even somebody like L. Tomlinson (who I fux wit), he has more playoff games than Henry but worse stats---lower ypc, less yards, all that.

So what we talkin' about. He's definitely up there as far as elevating his game in the playoffs or staying consistent at the very least which not many people do in any sport across the board.

The heights
Ladanian was better than Marshall and I'm a Greatest Show In Turf Rams stan. Ladanian is somehow underrated (no rings) but he had a long dominant career.
Marshall Faulk was great on the colts as well he had 1300 yards rushing and 900 yards receiving his final year as a colt Marshall Faulk would've had a 1800+ yard rushing multiple times if he carried the ball as much as LT Marshall only had 300+ carries twice in his career and LT had 300+ carries 7 times in his career I love LT he is in my top 5 but I personally believe Marshall is better
