Top 5-10, but being this over in this era is commendable

This.

He IS the most over for this Era. Probably when its over, The Best Light Heavyweight wrestler and Most Overachieving wrestler.

Will be Easily a WWE GOD, because of his Kid Friendly persona, as long as he doesn't go Benoit.

over without ever drawing a dime, nearly bankrupting the WWF and sank the ratings when he was champ after WM30.... good question :jbhmm:

getting pops from the marks doesn't mean you're over

What a neccbeard question
Hulk Hogan took WWF national
Steve Austin and The Rock saved WWF and took it to all-time highs

Ask 10 people outside right now to name a wrestler and they will say Hogan, Rock, Cena, or Austin

Rikidozan and El Santo were national icons that transcended the sport in their countries

Daniel Bryan has a bunch of beards excited at a show they were gonna buy tickets to no matter what

When Hogan left, WWF business went down
When Austin turned heel, WWF business went down
When Austin and Rock left, WWE business went down
When Cena is on a show there is a noticeable increase in tickets
Daniel Bryan ___? People chanted his name when he didn't win matches they wanted him to win. Yeah that's almost the same :mjlol:

No one, because none of these bums can draw, hence why WWE is cold.

Don't get me wrong, I think in the past Bryan has been mishandled, and with better booking he might've had more of an impact, but at the end of the day we can only go on what has actually happened. So to mention him in the same breath as Hogan or Austin, guys who literally transformed the business, is ridiculous. Bryan get's big pops, but guys like Hogan and Austin, got big pops and also set the company on fire. I mean...Too Cool got crazy pops. If that's how you define over, then yeah Bryan is super over, but at the end of the day what does it matter when them pops don't move numbers.

Most would argue Bryan did change the industry :yeshrug:

Hogan, Stone Cold and The Rock didnt have fans hijacking segments and matches that were not about them.
WWE was forced to push Bryan because of how over he was, they knew fans would have took a giant shyt on the WM XXX main event if he wasnt involved.

Now you cant really compare him to Hogan or SCSA because it was a different era and they were not held back by Vince like Bryan was.
the rock was getting Rocky chants on WCW PPVs :heh:

anyway, what terrible fukking question. seriously do those of you who say its "close" really believe wrestling started in 2012? jesus. and yall must have a totally different definition of the term "over"
