I don't see why people are clowning Common's acting. He's gotten MUCH better over the years and his portrayal of Elam on Hell On Wheels is extremely well done (love that show)

That's the perfect way of describing this movie.
Movie fell off the rails after Common killed the Nigerian in front of the kid (It's in the trailer).
Spoilers:
The kid was terrified and crying about what he saw, but 5 minutes later this kid is orchestrating a drug deal. 
Also, this kid was barely able to drive in a parking lot without hitting a trash can, but the next day he's able to drive from Baltimore to North Carolina to see his mom?

Was a limited release as far as I know. Still trying to find a digital copy as I couldn't make it the last day I found it was showing.
