Is California the only place in the country with hood asians?

Back in hs I used to hang out with some Asian bloods here in the DC area. I had to stop though bc they really got active and I ain't want to get caught up in no shyt.

I'm from Harlem and I hardly if ever seen any hood Asians and currently staying in 'Cuse I've definitely haven't seen any.

Cali, Texas and parts of the Southwest would have hood Asians, places where it's warm most times of the year, not so much the Northeast/East Coast or maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it.
