yeah i dont get the empty seats part...cuz on ticketmaster all these games are supposedly sold out. guess no1 attending

The worst thing the Nets do though is schedule really shytty sunday games against football, knowing damn well nobody will show up. They did this all the time in Jersey.

It's funny, about 15 years ago there was a bar two blocks from where the arena now stands called Po' Knockers. I went in there one day with my peeps and couldn't walk 20 feet to our table without giving some niqqa dap. My boy was like "you're the fukkin mayor" and I'm like "nah....there's just too many niqqas from around the way in here."

That shyt was closed 5 months later. Too many niqqa moments.

The crowd does suck. As I've been saying all along, they're not gonna have a brand new fanbase overnight. It takes time. Not every BK head blindly switched allegiances and not every Jersey fan followed them to BK. The atmosphere would be liver if there was a liver crowd. Livest people there are those sugar rush having white boys. Some jokingly call this team the Bay Ridge or Bensonhurst Nets.

For now, you're gonna see more fans of other teams than the Nets until they do something that gets them more fans. Just sticking a Brooklyn on the logo and having a wack ass BROOOOKLLYYYNNN chant that fans are too shook to say isn't gonna make everything better.

The good news is that the arena is great, the food is good, it's easy to get to, and you feel so safe outside.

At the Wolves game they kept their cameras in the most ordinary Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens looking group of wonder bread folks on screen that my wife and I kept looking at each other saying to ourselves "this ain't real BK"
