Yes. There simply is no way around it, breakfast is an important meal of the day. Only fitness dudes will tell you it's not, ask a doctor about it and he'll :mjlol: at the notion of skipping breakfast.

Not ones who've kept up with modern nutrition and diet physiology. :ufdup:

Breakfast is pretty important. Your mind might be able to block the hunger, but your body needs those resources after that long stretch of not getting any food.

Not when calories are consistent. You guys really underrate just how long it takes to digest food.

You tend to be sharper with the food in your system, more alert and nowhere near as tired or need that coffee cup people run to to get their "kick".

Change "with" to "without" and you're on the money. :obama:

The physiological response to fasting is similar to that of a "fight or flight" response just to a lesser, prolonged extent.

Do you guys who don't eat breakfast also work fulltime jobs?

Yes. Lot of physical labor too. :manny:

You're not getting shyt out of me at work if I miss breakfast. Breakfast is very important for me.

my biggest meal of the day is breakfast

if i aint having my morning oatmeal Im not going anywhere

I have a light lunch and light dinner

but breakfast is a much

its the only carbs i will usually consume
