I Was telling my girl I wouldn't be shocked of they change their name too. IDK why "we" get excited when a black person gets a job in a white company. As if when they start on the job they will be like "ok I'm hiring 500k black people leskiddit".
The icing on the cake is usually these folks have no track record of doing any real work for black people before hand, tend to have non black partners, and if they do have black partners then they are the type of blacks on that Bolue time who like to kick respectability politics to lower income blacks while vacationing at Martha's Vineyard.
