dude literally wasted an amazing performance by James Brown and probably burnt half off his energy with that over the top entrance. America threw him out there as a Cold War pawn and he got his brains beat to hamburger meat. His corner should’ve been arrested for treason for not getting the fight stopped sooner.
and he's an american when he's british and there are other actors who are allowed to talk in a British accent
John Boyega got punked in that role
If you notice they hardly let British brehs speak in their accent. Seems like something racial to not confuse their white audience

Rocky took the title from and you train him to beat an up and coming back fighter?
Then to make it worse, he never asks Rocky for a real rematch to take back his title, he instead fights him in an empty gym at the end of the movie.

?Speaking of which,,you all do realize Apollos story is based on Muhammad Ali right? who also lost to a nobody. And some will even say was "killed" in the ring by that nobody who was a young Larry Holmes. As they say the punishment helped bring on his Parkinsons,his career was definitely killed by Larry. After that there was no more hope that the champ could defy the odds
