Is anyone else addicted to chicken wings from the chinese hood spots or am I just tripping?

I was just thinking this the other day.

If a black person owned a fried rice and chicken wing spot, black folks probably wouldn't even support it.
Theres a place out here called Louisiana atlanta seafood kitchen off of MLK

All black people. Dope seafood, horrible customer service

I'm still in there like once a week. I got food there yesterday and the day before

I think that people have a really weird perception of chinese take outs. They should really cost a lot more given the work put into it. Almost everything is home made from the soups to the sauce. The soups are made every morning from chicken bones aka chicken broth. The sauces are all home made. The chicken and beef are all hand sliced, the broccoli is hand chopped, the rice is cooked fresh like twice a day, the lo mein is packaged fresh from wholesalers, not dried pasta shyt. The ribs are home made, the pork that they use in the fried rice and lo mein is home made. The only thing that is not homemade is the garbage american stuff like frozen nuggets, crab sticks, apple sticks, fries, etc. Find me another restaurant with similar price point where things are made like that, I don't think you can.

You have to know how to order the food to be healthy. Get the chicken broccoli but asked for it steamed with sauce on the side.
They already have the economies of scale figured out. They also have workers getting paid under the table and I'm sure they probably under report on their taxes too.

That's all true but that's also true for most restaurants.

No doubt they have the best wings in the game
Salt Pepper ketchup hot sauce fried hard :banderas:
And they always give you 1 or 2 extra wings for free if you swing by on the late night :salute:
