Is anyone else addicted to chicken wings from the chinese hood spots or am I just tripping?

The recipe is pretty simple for the take out wings. Every takeout you to have similar taste.

Salt
White Pepper
Paprika
Msg
Bit of Chinese cooking wine
Some spots use a bit of yellow food coloring
Let it marinade for a day


Use 75% regular flour and 25% potato starch for extra crispiness then when you finish rolling in flour, sprinkle a little water on it
Let it rest for a few mins

Fry at 350
