I just think this campaign is wild. Is it innovative because there's no other way to market him & his new shoe right now? Ehh...sure.

I'm just reacting because it's something I don't think has ever been done before...and it's just a lil' strange to me.

I guess it's because of how it happened, who it happened to, how it crushed the city (hence the commercial), etc.

I don't know if nikkas realized, but after the Finals, the media and NBA pretty much made LeBron and Durant the only two players that mattered in the league with Kobe being a somewhat distant third. The Olympic coverage was a perfect exhibit of that. Other players will get pub if they have great games or get into controversy, but Bron and Durant are pretty much all the national media care about. If the Bulls are trash by the time Rose returns don't expect crazy anticipation and coverage.

I really don't give a fukk about anyone's opinion but that Bulls team was the only squad with a legit chance to beat the Heat, outside of Boston. I mean, the dude tore his knee up just like hundreds of other athletes have in the past. Some come back ok, some tear the shyt right up again, some are never the same again.

What if the poor guy gets hurt again? Are they gonna have a campaign for every injury he gets?

I tried on those Rose's a few months ago. Feels great for everyday walking around, etc. But I wouldn't jump over a phone book in them joints. Felt reeeal unstable.
