Go to amazon and buy a set and look up Bb.com for all of.the workouts you can do

No gym, no problem

explain how you burn between 1300-1900 calories on an elliptical trainer :pachaha:

i said 1300-1600:wtb:

i set the level at 16
and sometimes go up to 17 but 17 is to hard to maintain a fast pace

and i burn between 1300- 1600 calories

i set it on manual instead of hills and leave it at a flat incline

on the treadmill i set the incline at the max height and speed around 3.8 to 4.2
no faster because i dont believe in running on treadmils
and burn 800-1000

treadmill is all you need, or any running/jogging exercise (fukk, even walking) outside. anyone telling you otherwise knows nothing about organic bodies.
