No doubt. We see with Russia in Ukraine that no nation except maybe the (U.S. and China) has the modern production capabilities to truly level a country. It’s too expensive and modern weapons aren’t cheap.
We also saw in Libya where France and Britain also ran outta bombs and had to run to the U.S. for more.
