Honestly, I don't think the cop was necessarily concious of the guy recording, meaning he saw him yes, but it didn't even register, cause his mind was clearly on the action he just commited.
Sometimes when your adrenaline is pumping you don't take notice of things you should notice. If anyone here has been in a intense situation of any sort, ya can relate what I'm talking about.
Just cause the cop was seemingly calm doesn't mean he didn't get an adrenaline rush, especially if he enjoyed it, which I think he did.

I just think it's important to pose the tough, unpopular questions. It's important to not succumb to ridicule and condemnation for thinking against the grain....That too, is a tool used to keep people conditioned.
Now...A possible agenda could be more unrest within the community. More anger, more violence, which would lead to a call for the national guard. A police state that we'd vote for under the disguise of protection...
