Real ass movie :mjcry:

Salute Dr. Romilly, first black man in deep outerspace doing real shyt. Only a brother could've lasted 20+ years alone out there like that :salute:

Did breh wrong tho, why he have to die in the first place?? And in an explosion?? :mjpls:

Fukk hoe ass Matt Damon tho :pacspit:

Really don't like how they ended the movie on a cliffhanger. They could've easily put in an extra scene of Matthew touching down on that planet with Anne Hathaway and hugging or some shyt. Leaves a depressing feeling like he took too long/never made it to her and she died or some shyt.

Peeped the ending immediately with the whole "stay" shyt, I initially thought it was the first crew who went having built a wormhole or something to warn everyone not to leave the planet.

me either.......after he went into the black hole it didn't make no sense.
Made all the sense when you realize you’re watching a time loop and you’re also stuck in the middle of it.

This played out before but we didn’t see it. They blasted off, went to the planet that old girl ends up on and creates life. Throughout the centuries, they studied the black hole, and discovered a way to manipulate time and space… then used that knowledge to create the anomalies in the movie and the wormhole and the tesseract (bookcase). That way they could get the daughter to save the humanity that died on earth.

You go through the movie not knowing who “they” are. Who put that wormhole there? But this time when Coop decides to drop into the black hole, he falls into the tesseract that the advanced humans placed there.

The future humans have gone beyond 3 dimensions and can manipulate time and space but cannot pinpoint the time they need to be at to make everything happen. That’s why they need a regular human to go in there and show them and transmit the data. Data they got when they dropped TARS in there. He pushes the data, through gravity anomalies, back in time to his daughter through the watch. They close the tesseract, push him out into space and the previous time loop is broken and past humans are saved now.

Breh this leaves me with more questions then before....so the humans on earth died, but how would these new humans know that cooper would sacrifice himself because of what matt damon did? how did cooper know what to send to his daughter? if they can't pinpoint time, then how do they know cooper is important since he the one who sending all these message? and whats love got to do with it? :mindblown:

They can transcend time but can't pinpoint it... They never wanted Cooper.. They chose HER. That's a quote he says in the tesseract. Everything they did was to get her... And since you're stuck in a time loop, you have no idea how many other ways they tried and failed.

It's like trying to find someone in the ocean. You can easily find the ocean.. You can navigate it with ease these days. If you knew where they got lost, you could get close and maybe figure out what you'd need to do to save them....

Problem would be... It'd still be damn near impossible to locate them, even with all that info.. Now if you could get a fish to help you................

Here's the exact quote

COOPER: “They” have access to infinite time, infinite space…

Cooper gestures at the infinities in all directions…

COOPER: But no way to find what they need - but I can find Murph and find a way to tell her - like I found this moment -

Its very confusing.....even the exposition during the tesseract scene couldn't explain it right.
