This nikka signed up for that “one way trip to Mars” bullshyt a couple years ago. This nikka rewatching interstellar right now cause the nasa live ISS feed is lagging.

Yeah that was a dope scene. It was a tear jerk moment. I havent watched it since becoming a father, id probably feel it worse.

4get that......That Matt Damon heel turn was stuff of legend though. Never saw it coming. Matt is such a G man.
This dude was narrating homies death while killing him like ....They say your loved ones are there to greet you when you die....do you see it? Do you see them? No? :russ:

The Science was cool until the end when they pushed it so so far into hot garbage trash science.
All that maybe Love is the 5th dimension talk:mjlol:
That whole bookcase in the black hole scene :stopitslime:

Yeah I see what you did with the ghost guys, it was clever but nah.......a bit cheesy bruvs i woulda preferred something that made more sense:francis:

Still one of the best movies of the year that year. Nolan Excellence. Hans Zimmer on the 1s and 2s. Good acting. Good special effects.

You never saw the ending breh??? :dwillhuh: The construct developed by aliens inside the black hole enabled him to send the message back through a watch in morse code...

The saddest thing is that we see the whole movie through his adventure and him leaving the planet to save humanity for him it's only been months for his daughter and dying family it was years... and we're seeing it in real time...:francis: Time is a major theme in the movie.

EDIT:

Also black holes are commonly known to be wormholes in essence so you may go in and be crushed by the massive amounts of gravity.... BUT in theory a wormhole spits you out on the other side of the unknown... You may be deposited on the other side of the galaxy... we don't really know...

Aliens didn't construct it. Humans from the future did.

Black holes aren't wormholes.

Interstellar is one of my favorite movies. Had a deeply spiritual undertone to it which is why I went from a person of faith to becoming an atheist.

We are the saviors that we seek.

And I’m a classical music fan. And thought the soundtrack was outstanding. With movies like that, the music tells part of the story as well and you will find just that in many of the scenes. It’s easy to overlook though if you are not familiar with music.

I think I was in boot camp when it came out I never knew about it till earlier this year. I have saw Neil Tyson breaking down how it’s impossible tho

Interstellar is a pretty great movie.
Cool science concepts, cool visuals, solid storyline, good flow of story, only thing I wish they'd have done is kept the original ending, and given the Black character more justice, which is what I want out of most movies.
Was one of the best movies to come out in 2014.

What was the original ending?
