I have been saying this. There are definitely a few suspect people on this site. The government and other organizations (some secret) are not just going to leave the internet to be on its own without some means of trying to control it. Its called the world wide web, if you do not think that the influence for that territory is not up for grabs, you are stupid. Anybody that denies this is either ignorant, stupid or an informant.

It cites media reports that the NSA tracks and monitors online activity and hires hackers, which anybody with a brain already knows. The paying trolls on message board part is just some shyt they threw in there with no evidence.
