I'm not putting the entire blame on him. I've stated we couldn't run the ball, Sark didn't call a perfect game, we committed stupid penalties, and missed fgs. Also if Gilbeau makes a block on that interception we probably win the game. That is how razor thin winning the game was. The annoyance with Quinn is at this point in his career he should be able to make the plays to win the game when given the opportunity, and he fails time and time again. He doesn't even seem to exude the confidence to be able to do so. He isn't an alpha, and that holds this team back. I'm not even asking him to be Vince, but at least carry yourself like Colt got damn.

I 100% agree he’s not a leader but we been knowing this. Ig that’s why I’m so hard on dark because he knew this and he didn’t really try arch unless he had to. So for me this is on sark we all see the way the team reacts with arch compared to Quinn. I can’t fault a man for being who we know he is. Speaking of penalties cam Williams needs to bear crawl till he learns his lesson man he’s single-handedly killed so many of our drives. I feel we can still win a chip with Quinn but we absolutely need a run game and to play arch more especially when close to the red zone. We can’t rely on that mf to throw 46 he’s not that guy. Gilbeau is pretty assignment sound but his awareness outside of that leaves a lot to be desired. Dude literally does his job and that's it, and while there is value in that it doesn't make him an exceptional player. But this shyt is inexcusable.

Gilbeau is good for one wtf are you doing play a game but 9/10 it’s worth it because like you said he does his job so well.
