March 6 (Reuters) - A record 62.5 million viewers outside of the U.S. watched the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in last month's Super Bowl, confirming on Wednesday that the National Football League is making progress in a push to grow its global presence.

I didn't say it's the World Cup or it's as big or bigger outside the US. It's broadcast in over 30 countries so yes, it's global a global event.

I never said it was boring. That's not the discussion. It's not Super Bowl worthy on its own. Kendrick having musicians with him is not the same as choosing a jazz artist to headline.

They want big names and jazz doesn't have that mainstream appeal.
