:dwillhuh: Where did y'all hear or see Texas in any of this?

LOL he's based out of Ohio, but specifically he does oil transportation, so his trucks and his people move all over... especially in Texas as I believe he has a contract with one of those big Texas oil companies.

Apparently he has a collab with Nigerian-owned oil companies and South African companies as well. :ehh:

I need more details. I’ve always wondered how ppl get into the oil business since it’s so lucrative...

Here's what I know:

1. If you live in the U.S., then Texas or North Dakota are the two most promising destinations. And yes, entry-level jobs will require you to move. The money isn't going to come to you.

There's a dope documentary on YouTube about one breh that did it:

2. Go to the job fairs. They offer all the hours you want and give you training too. One of my ex-classmates from college went and he got a job right out of school starting at $25 an hour PLUS unlimited OT. He was working 12-16 hrs a day getting like $2k a week. AFTER taxes. Stacked up for 2 years and leased a transport truck, now he's running his own thing.

3. Working in the oil fields is grueling. Especially in North Dakota. It's cold AF, snows all the time and there are NO women... unless you like PAWGin... but even then it's a grind... Even my homie said it's almost like a "prison term" cuz it's non stop labor.

4. Real estate in North Dakota is absolutely insane. As you would imagine, everyone out there is grinding getting close to six figures or more, so the market is crazy. To save money, people stay in trailer parks or camps to save money... all dudes all the time :francis: heard there's a ton of prostitution on the low :francis: heard dudes get way depressed cuz it's cold and dark all the time, esp during the winter :francis:

5. Texas is def the way to go IMO, but there's less competition and money.

Appreciate the info bro, but i was talking more along the lines of oil company ownership like dude did in the OP.

I would imagine the whites on top would do just about anything to stop others from coming up...so how exactly did the breh pull this off.

Know people in the industry, Get a CDL, buy 2 trucks, get some contracts to transport crude or nat. gas/gasoline and grow your empire by having good costs and no mishaps.

He worked for a family business and used the capital/experience to build his own.
