If we are going have gangs in our community we need to be organized like criminal families like the Mafia. Have a hierarchy and structure. Run our shyt like an actual organization where everyone has different roles and leadership. Spies who watch the streets, goons and assassins who do the dirty work, double life lawyers who handle legal stuff, guys who infiltrate police departments and other organizations, etc.
If crime is going to be part of our community, then we need to use it to build our communities in the way I just mentioned. We have to be smart about it using crime to get power and then going legit. If the system forces too many young black men to become criminals, then be smart organized criminals who help build a multilayered base for our community in the utmost secrecy (society don't know they exist) In other words, go underground and takeover.

The one who bust her ass to give him a cushy middle class lifestyle, enrolling him in all kinds of sports five star mega ballin out christmas, birthday parties and shyt.
She came home at that exact moment and saw him in the act and i gotta phone call at work talkin bout my auntie having heart problems and hyperventilating. bust 90 on the freeway to get to her house to find out why she on the verge of droppin dead from a heart attack and it because of my ungrateful, bytchmade babyboy, wanna be down ass cousin was about to let some nikkas he halfway knew from school pack him out to be associated with them.
I swear to god i told him if my auntie die, he dying too including any nikka that have his back . I still dont like his bytch ass. Same shyt goes for my nephew' Got my sister house shot up behind some facebook gangbang shyt and had his location on.
