What’s so funny square. Just because you can’t comprehend doesn’t mean it ain’t real.

And before you go off on some weak rant about how you know the hood, I’m from Brooklyn and hung out in the Ville. So I know and could relate to the video from first hand experience.

There was sincere expressions of doubt in this young mans mind but his words showed you that he has no other alternative. He didn’t even return any blows but chose to do what he did best and that was survive. So while many of you get up on your high horse and clown these dudes and then turn around and shyt on black folks, I won’t.

Not every member of a gang is hard or can fight. Do you think if this man had Better options he wouldn’t have chosen a different route?

I can guarantee all of you talking shyt in here wouldn’t dare take the 3 down to that side and talk.

Identify with this young mans pain and struggle. Yes, better choices can be made but not everyone’s path to righteousness is an easy one. I thank him and vice for sharing this because kids also need to see that there is no return once you enter into the call of duty for whatever gang.

Regardless, if you had a father or not, empathize because someone you know or love could be looking at the same fate unbeknownst to you. Most of these dudes aren’t out here banging by choice, in The Ville, it’s a means of survival
Yes a means for survival; as if them nikkas don't have a target on their head once they join. :camby:

Which this grown ass goofy clearly doesn't understand. :dame:

Cut it out famo. This shyt is corny and dude should find another hobby

Shut up. Lame ass. It ain’t corny. It’s street nikka shyt. You wouldn’t understand if you aren’t from the bottoms fraud.

You think once you make it as a success you don’t have a target on ya head. Tell that to every Fortune 500 ceo.

Just another lame ass cat talking life like you have all the answers. Fool I been at ground zero where this doc is filmed and ain’t nothing fake about those kinds of choices.

really sounded like he needed a father figure to guide him and show him love, because that "love" he was talking about receiving after he got jumped seemed non-existent to me. Poor dude really actually just does need love and the search for it led him to faux "love". That ain't love.

Wouldn't you say that's like that for most young dudes that join gangs?

The blood set in my neighborhood had a different jump-in method. nikkas would throw mad quarters on the floor of the elevator and you had to pick up all the quarters off the floor before the elevator reached the top floor while several nikkas stomp you out.

You could see the despair in his eyes. All of the dudes interviewed looked hopeless.
