Slim black women was a dime a dozen too.
I didn't really think about that till just now.All those workers touching the food with their bare hands.
Oh damnWhy you stole my avatar though
They stopped using that beef tallow to fry their food and it ruined the experience. You ever hit BK for the burgers and McDonalds for the fries back in the day?
India is even worstThey still do that in Mexico
The portions were bigger. You can tell by the burgers in the video. But they had less preservatives, hormones and less artificial additives in them. That shyt is far worse than larger portions. Its less natural.I wonder what the portion sizes were like back in 1988.
The people in this video -- customers and employees -- look fairly fit....at least when comparing to 2023.
Why come into a thread for something you specifically are uninterested in? Thats goofball behavior.stop romanticizing the past. im much rather be alive now.
youre right. i just dont think the past is as great as people think it is. hence my crankiness. my bad.Why come into a thread for something you specifically are uninterested in? Thats goofball behavior.
If you're talking about the tall ones they were 12 ounces they also had smaller bottles that were 10 oz.I was around in 1988. But I don’t recall how portion sizes might have changed since then.
I remember at some point in the 1990s I started seeing 20 oz sodas everywhere.
Before it used to just be cans. Or the glass Coca Cola bottles but I don’t remember how many ounces those had.
It used to be cans, 1 liter and 2 liter bottles. And nobody would ever buy a 1 liter bottle for themselves. But I guess once the 20 oz bottles came in, the 1 liter bottles disappeared.
