We laugh but if Sinema is even remotely serious paid leave has the best chance of going back into the bill.

No way all these women are going to be ok with one man blocking them from getting paid maternity leave. :usure:
Drug price negotiation has to also make it in there
The reality is neither should be taken out. Further they should just both pick one thing they both want and have them added to the bill. No one else is going to object to making the plan better.

All around clown shyt.

Uncertain grounds

It seems like it is similar to 600 dollar threshold for a W9 (I think) but just for electronic payments

I did get a big paypal payment and they said due to new irs regulations they needed more info from me. Perhaps paypal was jumping the gun or is reporting it voluntarily anyway

They keep trying to put different lipstick on this Pig - the progressives gotta stick to their guns and hold the line! Don't cave and if anything get the items that are popular with people. Drug Prices, Paid Leave, Climate, etc....

I dont know where the money is going to come from to pay for all of this if we are not raising corporate taxes, billionaire tax, etc.....so there is always that to be discussed lol. :mjlol:

This is all going to the :trash:

Looks like we’re at the 2 minute warning in the 4th

So they're going to push for another arbitrary deadline that they'll blow past because Manchin and Sinema still won't make a good faith commitment on the BBB and House Dems won't have the votes to pass BIF without it. :unimpressed:

Pelosi going out sad. :wow:

So what's the threshold they're talking about for taxing unrealized capital gains?

When this shyt is all said & done I don't think anything is going to be passed.

Like I said in a previous thread (Why liberals can't have anything) the progressive wing of the Democratic Party needs to split and just start their own party.

it was only for billionaires...It only targets people with $1 billion in assets or $100 million in capital income for 3 consecutive years. About 700 people to be exact. Thanks to Manchin though it looks like it is gone
