Really? That's who were going with for presumably the next two title shots? At least one of them should be fun whenever it happens (Read: NOT the winner's shot).

Also, who the winner went over in this tournament is low-key atrocious. I don't hate him or anything, but this is in whom we place our faith on the circuit? :mindblown: Scene's lean, I guess.

I really had my money on Willie Mack.

Completely disagree with all of this. I like that they used the tournament to establish the next group of top indie workers. It's what needed to be done.

Adam Cole as a heel in PWG is going to be >>>

I get that and understand that the future needs to be built, but I was hoping it was going to be Callihan, Elgin or Mack. I just haven't seen much from Cole that has shown me that he was going to be that good. Just doesn't impress me.

Hopefully, they set up a match between Steen and dikkhead Heel Ricochet (he's doing that in the States, right?) for the PWG Title at some point, that could be fantastic on so many levels. Cole just doesn't do it for me.

Cole needed the win more than anyone else

Davey won in 06 and didnt really become who he did til about 08

Mack, Cage, Callihan already had world title shots and Elgin is prolly the 2012 breakout Indy wrestler of the year
