Indians In The Tech Field: You've Got To See It To Believe It

When it comes to this programming shyt and building products these Indians are just on another level when it comes to passion for the job on some Steve Jobs shyt. They hit all three requirements for cacs that East Asians don’t:

1) speak perfect english
2) kiss ass like no other ass kissers have
3) deep love for building tech products

The ones who aren’t from here? Even better. They are at risk of losing their visa if they fukk up. So they gonna give it 110% always or sent back to India.

But the east asians who come from MIT, Peking, and Tsinghua are the best coders and the ones crunching the numbers in the back, especially on Wall Street.

The kissing ass I haven’t really seen, maybe because most of those in tech at my company are Indian.

As for the contractors, they are more on edge compared to permanent employees because they are contractors and can get let go at any moments notice.

But generally most people in technology I’ve come across are down to earth, the ones that work at say Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc might be more cocky and arrogant idk.

Indians have a practise and a name for the monopolizing they do in workspaces.. they do it methodically and consciously. they carry their weak and underachievers. help each other by an means.

i'm in the industrial field and Indians took over my union and the engineering and middle management jobs in 5 years. they have no Canadian work experience and are being hired in roles that demand it. They have a pipeline from HR into the company and are starting above locals in supervisory roles and such. claiming experience and education from back home that is not being vetted much, they help each other do the jobs they are not qualified for. the companies are allowing this to pay them less but in the end they take over key roles and climb up and then take out other races.

I don't fukk with them people at all as an East African. The coli bros used to be looking over at those countries and laughing that they are the highest earners and now it's the same in America. check the stats per household.

It's nothing to admire when they actively conspire to block other people out of opportunities.

They are no joke.

It was years ago and I don't know the technicalities that allowed them to pull it off but I worked at a place that was putting Indians up in hotels. I don't think they were going through the full work visa process, just staying here for however long you can stay on a visit and working. A google search says you can stay for 6 months on a tourist visa. One of the workers told me they were getting paid in lakhs, don't know if they just said that cause that's the currency they exchange to or if they meant they were literally getting Indian level wages while living in the U.S

If you ever ride through New Jersey you will be shocked at the amount of Indians in random towns, they filling up all the corporate office parks out there

Personally, I don’t really care.. just don’t act like I don’t belong here when I’ve been in New Jersey all my life and you’ve only been in this mf less than 10 years.

I am friends with one of them, and he told me they get paid like 10K a year for a job Americans get paid 110K for.

A h1b can work for less pay, work for 10 years here then go back to India to live like a damn king.

When it comes to customer service Americans (really white Americans) don’t want to hear an Indian person over the phone. I don’t know about other fields.

I have a colleague who’s Pakistani and people over the phone mistake her for Indian and treat her like shyt because of it. They’ll question her intelligence, ask her where she’s from, ask for someone else etc

But it all comes down to these corporations wanting to make more money, so they’ll hire cheap labor overseas. Every major corporation does it
