It’s good but it no way can compare to the multitudes of Mexican cuisine. There are so many regional Mexican dishes so it’s ridiculous to try to compare. Pozole, torta ahogada, birria, real hand made tortillas are dishes I never knew existed before I moved to California. Now they’re some of my favorite foods.
