Fry bread is basically a chalupa shell to make it easy to understand. Crispy outside soft middle.. For the above.. I don't think OP is saying better than all Mexican food.. Because fukking AL pastor and carnitas and stuff exist.. But as far as the wrapper? Fry bread >>>tortillas
