Let's not act like the British didn't set up Indians to succeed in Kenya. They were treated as second class citizens while Kenyans were treated as third class citizens. They were allowed to own businesses, given seats in parliament, positions in civil and political society, (Police officers, judges, etc.) in the late 1890s. Native Kenyans didn't get those rights until sometime in the 50s and 60s.

Let's not act like they were poor unknowing accomplices of the British. They were in on the heist.
