Black Americans don't value education, flock toward low-paying industries, engage in conspicuous consumption, etc.

Those things make a break a community in terms of building wealth.

Overall, blacks had a higher college enrollment than both whites and hispanics in 2014. Only surpassed by Asians.

And besides, Indian Americans have a high entry into business ownership, which skyrockets their income. Same with other Asian groups. It's not their college degrees and jobs that are causing their high income numbers across the board.

I know this one street where they tore down low income houses and built their own from the ground up. All mansions. And every single house has Arabic writing above their front door step. Most live in Plano and Frisco, they in the tech field or Doctor I'm guessing. Their kids drive infinity Acura Lexus to high school.

While working at Acura, it was nonstop Indians. Car always reeked of...something. I dreaded jumping in every time. We would play rock paper scissors to see who would drive, I got really good at the game
