I hate the heat but I do my best work in the heat.

I ran a 7 minute mile yesterday in 96 degree weather. And under 10 min 1.5 mile run. That sun was kicking my ass too. I think the temp feel was like 100+. I was in better shape in HS and could barely get a sub 9 min mile. I'm 34 and I have less muscle on me than when I was 17. Sat is supposed to be hotter so imma show out again.

Came back home to it being 80 degrees in my house with all the lights on.. im seriously holding back from cussing people tf out.

You either have a death wish or are exaggerating.
Even dedicated runners know to avoid running those distances at those temps.

I remember as a kid going out in this type of heat was nothing. Be outside all day riding bikes and hooping while barely breaking a sweat. Outside at football practice in full pads. Now I get a drop on my forehead just walking to the car

I want to do all my errands when the sun is down and it's not hot but now the sun goes down at 8:30. I hate it here.

Today has to be the worst so far, 95 where I’m at but the real feel is 105. The sun is just beaming
