The only benefit I see from doing decline bench pressing over high low cable fly's is that decline also works your triceps.

Right. It’s still yo mf set! I can’t really incline much anymore since I tore up my shoulder but you should vary exercises to hit different areas of the chest and work for your body type. I used to bench heavy (300+) and would never get sore so that told me I’d peaked on all bench’s so what did I do? Switched to heavy dumbbells (and almost died) but watch you forms on both. If you trembling, kicking and scratching to do at least five reps in strict form then it’s too heavy

I just do flat at the moment, sometimes I'll work incline into the mix. Never really fukked with decline.
