There were also at least two Republicans today who tried to accuse Judge Jackson of wanting to sneak "Critical Race Theory" into the justice system

And another who was going through a document listing all the times she acknowledged that racism exists as if acknowledging the existence of racism was some sort of "gotcha" question.

Another who said that acknowledging the humanity of people affected by the justice system and Supreme Court rulings should be irrelevant to a Supreme Court Justice and they need to just rule on the law regardless of who it affects.
