Good luck. YEARS of work, and sticking to that diet like a mawfukka. Can't half-step cause those physiques take work to get and work to maintain.I agree. And I'm actually thick, like really lol not that I'm curvy but secretly fat nonsense. I'm trying to be much more fit though. It's hard though! I try and stay consistent, I'll get there though. I think I should get a trainer, I know some people say it's useless, but it's helpful for me to have the motivation. These are the GOAT bodies IMO though
I know all these women aren't black, but this is my inspiration. I feel like they have attainable body types for me. They're still thick and curvy, but muscular and fit.
