A few things brehs.

1. Black women have a hangup with the gym, this is a reluctance based on the very wrong belief that they will quickly bulk up to unattractive levels or slim down as to literally lose ass, hips and titties.

2. A woman that has some definition or muscle tone...or a curvy body built by a excercise regime; will be afforded the luxury of bouncing back from weight gain, pregnancy, and age.

3. The distance between soft and curvy and cut and curvy on a black woman is literally 3 days apart, some dairy, pasta, and sugars....you can easily get a Bria Myles from a fit woman.

4. The distance to a cut and curvy chic from a soft and "thick" one is around 2-6 months...with discipline....if even desired. The soft and thick does not get better with age, pregnancy, or unchecked weight gain.
