After watching this episode and seein how suspect Quinn was acting, i'm starting to believe that the CIA attack was aided by Quinn and Daradal. They were hired to frame Brody and Carrie for it and have the blame put on Saul to get new power and control in CIA I think.

I think Quinn has realized how badly they played him and didn't know that many ppl were gonna get murked in da bomb and is trying to play both sides, and also watch Carrie to make sure she doesnt get to close to the truth.
