Liked the twist with Saul and Carrie working the deep, deep con and if the show would focus on just what is going on with them and the other CIA type stuff I would have no issues with Homeland but the Dana shyt is tedious and totally unnecessary.
There is nothing that anyone can say to make me change my opinion that Brody and his family are unnecessary to the continuation of this show and all of the storylines focusing on them seemed like forced bullshyt on the part of the writers to justify keeping them on the show.
And I thought I was only going to have to see that c*nt Uncle Mike on the Blacklist where at least he gets clowned by James Spader for an hour...I don't need to see him on this show too.

Am I the only one who is :beli: at the "twist"? Given both their experiences with handling people in the field, you mean to tell me the only way to catch this guy is to fukk with the mind of a bipolar agent and put her through this shyt?

those fakkits couldnt help but prolong a fukking love story between don cheadle and kristen bell in house of lies, which could have been a durable solid show but will probably take the route of those shytty entourage seasons

I said it in the House of Lies Season 2 thread:

http://www.thecoli.com/threads/the-...es-season-2-thread.69825/page-11#post-3690425

IMO the end of this season is shaping up to be like the end of season two of Entourage.

Marty Kahn = Ari Gold
Marty's Boss = Terrance (Ari's partner)
Jeanie = Lloyd
Nia Long's Character = Adam Davie

The writers of the show either loved Season 2 of Entourage or worked on the show because it was like Deja Vu watching House of Lies last winter.

I'm going to stop reading this show threads. They have just become bytching fests with people nit picking the smallest elements of the show.
Most of the criticisms seem to be focused on the terrible Dana storyline with the second most criticism being people who think all things Brody need to be dropped completely.
How is that nitpicking?
Dana is onscreen pretty much the same amount of time as Carrie and more than everyone else.

Because Dana & the rest of Brody's family(not even Brody) getting so much screen time with their teenage drama storyline is a small element. :beli:
Like others have said, Brody's family is forced on us with this nothing storyline.

The bankers and Iranian dudes know what Carrie and Saul are up to - ya'll think those dudes are going down like that?

I think so too, those guys are too well funded not to consider everything and i would not be surprised if the Muslim woman working the bank job with Saul is a sleeper agent planting disinformation like the guy told Carrie yesterday.

But it was a good show overall with the Saul/Carrie revelation at the end, but people would rather focus on the negative aspects of each episode. I guess it's the nature of the internet to be hyper critical of everything. It's tiring to me.

most people this week are applauding the twist no one saw coming.

it was a solid ep and is setting up some good things

dana is just getting too many minutes right now though and is holding back the show

That's the problem, everyone is watching the show waiting for the pay off.

I'm entertained by the espionage and intrigue on the show, the twist was okay, but everything leading up to it was very satisfying.

Brody is on the run, so he's storyline is interesting.

Dana and Brody's family are picking up the pieces, interesting to watch.
