Earlier Thursday, Walgreens released its fiscal first-quarter earnings. It beat Wall Street’s estimates after an early flu season boosted demand for cough and cold medicine, but also reported $3.7 billion in losses after the pharmacy chain agreed to pay a hefty $5.2 billion settlement related to opioid litigation.

I’ll probably infuriate you more now by referring to a very interesting answer given by Tony Blair on why progressive policies poll well, but never really get progressives over the line at elections, so I will apologise in advance.
He said, and I’m paraphrasing somewhat, that a 30-second soundbite of progressive policy sounds great. A 3-minute overview with a little more explanation always leads people to question the idea on practicalities. A 15-minute, comprehensive & costed, analysis usually leads people to decide that the policy Is unworkable and not really that great in reality.
Obviously Blair, no matter his successes, will be ignored by anyone further to the left for the ills & wrongs of Iraq, but he is right about this. I’d love to find the video, but can’t see it no matter how hard I look on youtube.
And the point was aimed at the young more than it was actual successful progressive politicians.

Meh, those types of stories are use to obfuscate an already formed opinion.Perception is a hell of a drug.
This nikka really was on here lying for no reasonGot some friends who moved deeper into the burbs to get away from the nonsense.
Yet these same friends of mine voted , cried and marched for this lawlessness in the summer of 20. I only feel bad cause they have a baby now. They are Berkeley grads and still did this. Academically smart but real life they made questionable choices aka smart dummies . Poor baby I pray he gets to see many birthdays. With goofy parents like he has it wouldn't shock me if they would let an ex con come live with them.
