None is available. Why do you think GS took on Wiggins? Hell, we were getting calls on Hunter and declined them all. Wings who can defend SF's are hard af to find and the really young ones tend to struggle v. them. See Miles Bridges. It's the hardest position to defend in the NBA and on top of that, you got to be productive on offense. It's hard af, much harder than you think.
He played a lot of minutes early on and still does. I remember Kevin hitting this wall last year and wasn't asked to do half as much as Hunter is.
Depends on health. I am an optimist. I still have hopes of the playoffs but that's such an uphill battle.
What we got is a lot of talent, experience, and an easy schedule coming. Hopefully, we can get and stay healthy.

He's 22 years old.
Perimeter shooting has improved every year.
He's averaging 20 and 10 on 55% shooting. 2 BPG, 35% on 3's, 80% on FTs.
What other young PF putting up those numbers (and keep in mind he's had to spend a lot of time playing out of position at C this year) ??
But yes you give him the max (unless you think he'll get busted for PEDs again). You don't have to worry about the other young players for another 3-4 years from now.

I’ve heard differently about Ressler and Schlenk and that they aren’t 100% on the same page, until this team starts winning I think they’re gonna be like that. I don’t think Schlenk is in any real danger tho, at least not for another year, same with Pierce

Im iffy about it, he’s improved every year in the league and I like his game but he’s not a great defender and not a consistent outside shooter. Is he worth a max? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so to the Hawks maybe. I think he’s a good player with a max at borderline All Star but I don’t think he can get much better than that. I don’t know if that’s max worthy

That’s not a whole season breh, he’s a good player and despite him killing the season with his stupidity, he seems like a good guy. I’m not convinced he’s a max player yet

For the whole season he's at 20/10 and getting stronger as it progresses.
Only arguement against giving him the max is he's missed a lot of the past two seasons.
But I ask, if you're not maxing him, what young PF you're maxing outside of AD, Greek Freek, Ben Simmons, Pascal, or maybe Bam?
There aren't many ahead of John or have the same current trajectory in his age group (20-24).
