I didnt care honestly. Even til this day I care just as little.

I remember cac teachers getting so upset by this, even trying to send kids to the office.

One cac teacher had the nerve tell us "its out of respect for your country if u dont like it get out!!"

pretty fukked up that they make kids do this before they are old enough to even know what "pledging allegiance" to something really is. or even what the country stands for that they are pledging allegiance to, lil mother fukkers are brainwashed before they have a chance.

Ehh, stopped really doing it around high school. I just stood up with my hand on my chest and mumbled the words from time to time.

No.
I remember in 4th grade my jewish teacher was upset that the class said the pledge with no feeling (we were sleepy, you dingbat) and he stopped us...asked us what the pledge meant. When we didn't know, he ranted about the country and forced us to do a book report on it.

2 years later one on of the girls from that glass wrote a letter and got signatures from other kids to get that jewish teacher fired.
He had moved up to teach 6th grade Math and I guess he was hard on students.

The dude cried. He didn't get fired though.
His rooms used to smell bad tho.
He'd put vinegar in a humidifier in the class room. I don't know why. Is that a jewish thing?

Anyway I liked him as a teacher. He was actually very nice overall.
I felt bad that they did that to him.

I dont recall ever being excited about it.......but I remember the white kids in the class(a few of them at least) used to argue over who was gonna hold the American flag during the pledge. SMH
