next season, brody on the run , carrie proving hes not a terrorist , finding out saul has been turned from years ago , quinn coming back with carrie to help her solve this

i said from early ons aul was on the mole and all these "homeland experts" laughed at me etc.

Abu Nazir wanted to die. All he wanted in return was to avenge his family's death by killing the VP, which he did. That's why he cared so much about the pacemaker. He learned that from Saul. He also learned that Brody loved Carrie. He even knew which Carrie takes to work. Saul did work when u looking back at it. Abu Nazir told Carrie he knew he was not going back. He didn't care one bit. He knew he had to die to avenge his family loss. Heck, Saul even hooked him up with a traditional Muslim funeral.
