Where is the great Pacific slave trade involving Asians? How many times were they lynched here? Where were they during the civil rights movement? Hispanics are mainly getting sh*t from cacs since they compass such a large portion of the population, as opposed to Asian Americans only encompassing 5%. However, considering the fact that preserving their native cultures and family ties have pretty much shoved asian americans to the top, hispanics are on the right track. That bullsh*t about "american assimilation" is completely untrue; cacs have no family or cultural standards. When they marry to one of us, they marry into our family for all intents and purposes. Their families are NEVER as closely tied, so they end up assimilating into us.

Asians are growing very fast and as someone said earlier this includes south Asians (pakistan and indian). They are moving to different cities all over the country and not just the West coast where East Asians traditionally have high populations.

The reason Asians succeed at a high level when compared to hispanics is because most Asians come here on student visas and high skilled worker visas.Many come from well to do, rich families in their home countries. Do you know how much international student college fees are? Very high and they have to pay their entire years school fees before they can come here. It gives them a huge advantage when coming here and sets their kids up nicely for the future. Assimulation has little to do with it, its selectivity.

I live in a part of houston where there a lot of south Asians. Their sons drive nothing less than an infiniti. Most of the panameras, gtrs, Audis, beamers, mercs are driven by them. There is a neighborhood called Telfair and the most of the neighborhood is them, cacs call it Patelfair. Like I said before a lot of Asians that are doing well, came here on student or worker visas. I grew up with these people and know their stories.

Look breh. I'm aware of all that. Let's not act like cambodians and filipinos are eating like other Asians, especially south Asians. If you come here as a refugee, you will not do as well as Nisha from a rich family in Mumbai on a student visa. Look at the spelling bee competitions, look who is killing it. There is a reason its not Mexicans. India has a very low literacy rate, so why are they killing everybody in Academics? I just sold my supra last month to an international student from China that goes to school in Cali, he dropped 35k cash without hesitation for my car. No refugee from Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, or the Phillipines is doing that.

Another thing, the US recruits nurses from the Philippines because of our nursing shortage, so some are coming here better off then we think. Comparing Hispanic immigration to Asian immigration is like comparing apples to oranges.

Again stop acting like Asians had it worst then blacks. The constitution said the black man was 3/5 of a white man, no mention of Asians. If I bring up all the policies, atrocities, laws, etc. against the black man in America it would dwarf the Asian mans plight on comparison.
