I'm just doing what the Quran has said to do:
Sura 5

"And let the People of the Gospel judge by what God has revealed in it. If any fail to judge by what God has revealed, they are licentious."
The Gospels state that Jesus is the Word Of God, thus making him the Creator since everything was created by the spoken Word. The Gospel states that you are anti-christ and everyone who doesn't believe that Jesus Christ is the Son Of God is as well. This is why me pointing out that Christianity pre-dates Islam was pertinent to the point:
^So according to the Quran this is what I can use to judge this situation.
Why should I listen to anyone who comes along with another Gospel some time later claiming to have received a Revelation from an angel when the Gospel tells me directly not to? Someone who thought he was demon possessed when he received his revelation? So yeah, your "Jesus" is some one made up by some guy. If I say you have purple hair and you don't then I must not be talking about you lol.

As far as your arguments about Jesus never saying he was God. The scriptures still us in various places, here is one example showing him has the creator since everything was created by the Word:
Here is a verse of Jesus telling his disciples not to tell people who he was:
Your point is noted but it has no real relevance to this discussion. I think you need to read it all instead of just the parts in red letter and you wont be as confused.
