Shai (30, 5 and 6 with 2 steals and 53.5% from the field as a guard…1st in the west leading a bunch of young players)
Jokic (24.5, 11.8, 9.8…1st in the west)
Luka (28, 9 and 9…4th in west with Porzingas missing most of the season. Jokic won as a 6th seed)
Embiid (28 and 11…best record in the East)
Right now, Jokic is the clear leader as of right now.

Maybe someone besides Luka or Joker, but Luka has just as good an argument as Joker. Stats are comparable, and he led them to a higher seed when no one expected them to do much of anything. Joker was the reigning MVP and his team got worse. Yes, I know they missed Murray, but if you’re a 6th seed winning MVP, you should be doing something historical (like Westbrook averaging a triple double). Maybe someone like CP3 leading Phoenix to the best record in the league, the same way Nash won his MVPsI agree, definitely agree with Shai, don’t know how he didn’t win it last year
